Website Terms

A clear framework for exploring our catalogue, using product information and contacting Farroad Canada.

DRAFT PREPARED Privacy Policy

1. About these website terms

These terms govern use of the Farroad Canada website operated by Importation Exportation Z&W Canada Inc., operating as Farroad Canada. Our Canadian head office is in Sainte-Philippe, Quebec, J0L 2K0. They explain the scope of the catalogue, permitted use of our content and the limits of online product information. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. An information service

The site provides tire model information, catalogue specifications and general tire advice. It does not currently process orders, payments, reservations or dealer account applications. A product listing is not an offer to sell, confirmation of stock or assurance that a product is available at a particular location.

Winter models are the initial published range. Other categories, public purchasing listings and the Dealer Portal are planned for January 2027. Launch information describes current plans and may be updated. A future portal, purchase or promotion may have separate terms presented when available.

3. Tire selection and installation

Search results and vehicle-type labels help you compare models; they are not a vehicle-specific fitment approval. Confirm tire size, load capacity, speed rating, rim compatibility and any LT or C designation against the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements. Have a qualified tire professional verify the complete fitment and installation.

General advice does not replace your owner’s manual, professional inspection or applicable local requirements. Images are illustrative and may show a different size within the same model range. Use the specifications for the exact selected size rather than infer a rating or approval from an image.

4. Product information and corrections

We aim to keep the catalogue accurate and useful. Specifications, product details and availability may change, and errors can occur. Confirm material purchase details before buying. If you notice an inconsistency, contact sales@farroadtire.ca with the model, size and page address so we can review it.

Descriptions of factory technology or quality systems do not establish a particular performance rating, compound formulation or certification for every tire. Model-specific claims require the applicable supporting product documentation.

5. Warranty and after-sales information

These website terms are not a tire warranty and do not replace applicable written coverage or mandatory consumer rights. The Warranty page describes the current Canadian programme approach while detailed terms are being finalised. Confirm the written terms that apply to the model, size and tire type before purchase.

The stated exclusions for X Arrow, Mud Hunter and STU99 from mileage and road-hazard coverage do not exclude other rights you may have under applicable law. Questions and documentation requests should be directed to warranty@farroadtire.ca. Sending an enquiry does not itself establish claim eligibility or approval.

6. Content, brands and permitted use

Website text, photography, illustrations and branding are subject to their respective owners’ intellectual-property rights. You may browse, share links and print reasonable extracts for personal tire-selection purposes. Commercial reproduction, altered product imagery or use suggesting an endorsement requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Brand asset requests: marketing@farroadtire.ca.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, harvest personal information or use content to misrepresent Farroad products or your relationship with the brand. These restrictions do not override lawful uses or exceptions provided by applicable law.

7. External services and email

External links are provided for relevant information. Third-party websites, retailers and service providers operate under their own terms. Partner logos do not by themselves guarantee stock, purchase availability or access to a future ordering platform. Email links open your email application; a message is not submitted until you send it.

8. Availability and responsibility

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Online information cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for every intended use. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives mandatory consumer rights or replaces an applicable product warranty.

9. Changes and applicable rights

Updated terms will be posted here with their revision date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights arising from a completed purchase or enquiry. Applicable Canadian and provincial laws govern rights and obligations as required by law; these terms do not impose a compulsory arbitration process or an exclusive forum that overrides consumer protections.

10. Contact and accessible copies

For website questions or an accessible copy of these terms, contact info@farroadtire.ca. Product support: sales@farroadtire.ca. Warranty enquiries: warranty@farroadtire.ca. Partnership enquiries: dealers@farroadtire.ca. English and French versions are provided for Canadian visitors. Any inconsistency must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and mandatory language rights.
